2、擅长大女主人设，台词设计功底好
3、洞彻欧美本土文化、狼人、吸血鬼题材加分
4、聪明灵活、阅片量大、肯思考能配合，执行力强优先。

1. Independently produce paid short drama scripts that are suitable for the European and American markets, including character design, outline, details, and script text
2. Collaborate with the editor in chief and the production team to improve the script for shooting.
3. Complete all creative requirements arranged by superiors.
   Job requirements:
4. Having independent script writing experience and completing 2 or more books
5. Proficient in setting up a female protagonist, with a strong foundation in dialogue design
6. Insight into local European and American cultures, werewolf and vampire themes, bonus points
7. Smart and flexible, with a large amount of film reading, willing to think and cooperate, and strong execution ability as a priority.

Recruitment: Overseas short drama promotion

1、负责公司短剧在主流海外平台（包括但不限于Facebook, Google, TikTok）的投放工作，对投放效果负责；
2、不同地区、目标用户画像制定不同的投放策略，并进行数据跟踪、分析和总结；
3、根据数据反馈，不断优化投放策略，提升投放效果；
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上海外投放经验，投放大消耗或短剧海外投放工作经验优先；
2、对媒体渠道的特性和投放系统具有深度认知，能提供不同维度的分析报告；
3、较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据定位问题；
4、对短剧内容敏感，了解当下流行的爆款素材走向，能够制定广告文案和投放素材创意需求；
5、具备良好的工作态度，较强的执行能力和团队合作能力。

1. Responsible for the placement of the company’s short dramas on mainstream overseas platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, TikTok), and responsible for the effectiveness of the placement;
2. Develop different advertising strategies for different regions and target user profiles, and conduct data tracking, analysis, and summary;
3. Based on data feedback, continuously optimize advertising strategies and improve advertising effectiveness;
   Job requirements:
4. College degree or above, with at least 1 year of overseas advertising experience. Priority given to overseas advertising experience in investment amplification, consumption, or short drama;
5. Having a deep understanding of the characteristics of media channels and delivery systems, and being able to provide analysis reports from different dimensions;
6. Strong data analysis ability, able to locate problems through data;
7. Sensitive to the content of short dramas, familiar with the current trend of popular materials, able to develop advertising copy and creative requirements for advertising materials;
8. Have a good work attitude, strong execution ability, and teamwork ability.
